The GCDJFS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals on any basis and without disclosure of a reason, and to waive any technicalities or informalities in the proposal, which does not materially alter the service agreement. The failure to make such disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim, or cause of action by any unsuccessful provider against the GCDJFS.  Additional criteria may be added during negotiation with the successful provider.

As part of our efforts to protect SNAP benefits, the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services employs a variety of fraud detection tools. We have seen recent activity that leads us to believe criminals could be targeting your SNAP benefits. To protect your benefits, please take steps to change your PIN as soon as possible. You can do this by contacting cardholder services using the number on the back of your EBT card, by going online at https://www.connectebt.com/, or by using the ConnectEBT app.

One of the best ways to protect your SNAP benefits is to download the ConnectEBT app from Conduent, Inc. and use it to manage your benefits. Please consider using the Card Lock/Unlock feature on the app, which allows you to utilize the card only when you are actively making a purchase.
